Salon and Hair Purchase Policies
I use Schedulicity for online booking. There is a service list on the app, but if you are not sure which service(s) to book, please contact me. This helps us avoid changes in your appointment. If your appointment is inaccurately booked, we will notify you immediately in an effort to correct it. You will receive a confirmation email be made the before your scheduled appointment. If you schedule an appointment and the contact information is incorrect or missing, your appointment will be cancelled.
This is very important! You can reschedule your appointment with no cancellation fee if it is cancelled with more than 24 hours notice. If you do not give me more than 24 hours notice, there is a $25 cancellation fee. As a small business owner, last minute cancellations can destroy my business because it is almost impossible to re-fill that appointment. Unfortunately, clients will book appointments weeks in advance and after holding that appointment they will cancel and reschedule another appointment weeks away. If this happens, I will cancel your future appointment. Emergencies are totally understandable and you are allowed to reschedule your appointment within 7 days without incurring a cancellation fee. Honestly, I don't want to charge anyone this fee (but I will), so please work with me as you book your appointments. If you have any questions, please contact me.
Refund Policy - Salon Services
It is my deepest desire to provide quality services to my clients and I strive to make everyone happy. However, I am not perfect so in the event that you are unhappy with your hair, please let me know when I finish your hair or contact me with two (2) days of your service. I do not offer refunds; but will gladly try to rectify the problem.
Refund Policy - Braid/Weave/Wig Installations or Purchases
First, let me say that I do not offer refunds for these services, so it is imperative that you know exactly what you want and do a consultation with me. Please be sure that you are familiar with the hair that you use for your hairstyle. If you don't like the hair, it is impossible for me to take the hair down and re-install new hair with no charge. If this is necessary, you will be required to pay %50 of the installation cost (I will not re-braid your hair) and you must notify me within 2 days of the date of your service. You MUST notify me within 2 days of your service.
If you purchase hair from me, I will offer an exchange for different texture as long as it has not been opened, colored, or tampered with and is in the original packaging. I do not offer refunds, no exceptions. Once the hair is installed, there is no way for me to offer a refund or an exchange of hair texture.
